Information regarding the processing of personal data pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR")

Personal data processed: "data" refers to those relating to natural persons processed by the Controller for the stipulation and execution of the business and contractual relationship with its clients. The source from which the data originates is the client.

Purpose of processing: purposes related to: (a) execution of the business and contractual relationship between the client and the Controller; (b) fulfillment of administrative-accounting obligations in accordance with current legislation; (c) if necessary, for verification, exercise, and defense of the Controller's rights in any venue.

Legal basis for processing: with reference to the purposes above: (a) execution of the negotiation/contract with clients; (b) necessity to fulfill legal obligations to which the

Controller is subject; (c) legitimate interest of the Controller.

Data retention period: equal to the duration of the business/contractual relationship and, after termination, the ordinary limitation period of ten years. In the case of legal disputes, for the entire duration thereof, until the expiration of the terms for lodging appeals. Once the above retention periods have expired, the data will be destroyed or anonymized, in accordance with technical procedures for deletion and backup.

Provision of data: the provision of data is mandatory for the conclusion of the negotiation/contract and/or for its execution. Refusal to provide the data therefore does not allow the establishment of the contractual/business relationship and/or the fulfillment of the resulting obligations.

Data recipients: the data may be communicated to external parties acting as data controllers, for example, authorities and supervisory and control bodies and, in general, subjects, public or private, authorized to request the data such as the Revenue Agency and/or the Guardia di Finanza and/or credit institutions for obtaining credit lines. The data may be processed, on behalf of the Controller, by external parties designated as data processors, who carry out specific activities on behalf of the Controller, for example accounting, tax and insurance obligations, shipment of correspondence and/or products, management of collections and payments, etc.

Authorized persons for processing: the data may be processed by employees of the company functions responsible for pursuing the above purposes who have been expressly authorized for processing and have received adequate operational instructions.

Data subject's rights - Complaint to the Supervisory Authority: by contacting the Controller via e-mail at the address indicated above, the data subject may request from the Controller access to their data, its deletion, rectification of inaccurate data, integration of incomplete data, deletion of data, restriction of processing in the cases provided for by Art. 18 GDPR, as well as object to processing carried out for the legitimate interest of the Controller. The data subject, moreover, if the processing is based on consent or on the contract/negotiation and is carried out by automated means, has the right to receive the data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, as well as, if technically feasible, to transmit it to another controller without hindrance. The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the competent Supervisory Authority in the Member State where they habitually reside or work or in the State where the alleged violation occurred.

Acknowledgment of the Privacy Policy: by signing this document, the client declares that they have received and read the Privacy Policy.
